This road is one of four sections (all straight so far) that stretch almost 1.8 meters (about 6') when connected end to end. It was designed to play any role, including WWII (as above) roads through Russia, Roads for Refugees of Rohan (next picture), Vikings, Viet Cong... and so on! Making it was messy as I used plaster of paris, but otherwise it was a snap!
