This is the cafe that Gandalf entered earlier. The awning betrays the onwer's nomadic Haradrim roots. As cafes are typically small, they often 'spill out' into the street; during busy periods cafe owners will often set up tables on the streets of the city. The tables are all removable, see below for more details on those. Note the top of the building is off in this picture.
