I went for an aged, chipped, but specifically non-metallic look for the necrons. I probably won't dom_import_simplexml glowing blades for the rest of the warrior squads that I do, but I wanted to try out blending with the fancy contrst paints that I'd never really used before. I've decided it's harder than just using pure highlighting...
