Converted Numidian cavalry not yet  -  Posted: December 9th, 2009
This is the first of two Numidian(ish) cavalry that I am doing for my 28mm Marian Roman DBA Army. I used the Numidian light infantry and the horse spru from Wargames Factory's plastics ranges as the base, and then snipped the infantry, positioned their legs and butts and glued them on to horses. Once glued, I sculpted the lower half of the tunic and blammo, they were done. Easy conversion, but they didn't turn out as nice as my Mark Anthony conversion that I did for this army... Oh well! It's worth noting that ProCreate putty is basically the same colour as the gray plastic of the figures, so it's hard to differentiate! The only putty work is on the lower part of the tunic!
